I aim to create a space for women to rest, recover and reset, to not only provide professional, quality remedial massage but also a space for the mind to relax. I am passionate about helping women fill their cup and nurture themselves just like they nurture others. I use a blend of remedial and relaxation massage that is tailored to my client's needs because when the body and mind are relaxed, that’s when the healing happens!
I'm excited to be adding in kinesiology to my tool kit early next year.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing to communicate with your subconscious and your body, not only does it reduce pain symptoms, but it can also alleviate stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs.
We can have a conversation with your body and ask what it needs to begin healing. We can work with meridians, acupressure points, colour and sound, emotional stress release points, marine energy, integrative movements and so much more!
